It is with regret that we have to inform you that with effect from 4 November 2009, Omega Insurance Brokers (Pty) Ltd. have had their broking license suspended by the NON BANK FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS REGULATORY AUTHORITY (NBFIRA) and are not allowed to transact any insurance business.

Notice is hereby given to all holders of Mosele Legal Services policies which are currently underwritten by Botswana Insurance Company Limited that with effect from 19 July 2008, the agency agreement between Botswana Insurance Company Limited and Wildcard Enterprises (Pty) Limited t/a Mosele Legal Services will come to an end.
