Botswana Insurance Company Limited (BIC), the Insures of First Choice, wishes to inform all its holders of legal insurance policies marketed through Wildcard Enterprises (PTY) LTD t/a Mosele Legal Services of a High Court Order which has been published in local newspapers.
In a bid to protect its policy holders, BIC approached the High Court and were granted orders, amongst others, to conduct an audit on the operations of Mosele Legal Services. All policy holders of Mosele Legal Services are reminded that their legal insurance policies are underwritten by BIC, the Insures of first Choice for more that 30 years, and therefore ALL valid claims under these policies shall continue to be honoured. |
