Notice is hereby given to all holders of Mosele Legal Services policies which are currently underwritten by Botswana Insurance Company Limited that with effect from 19 July 2008, the agency agreement between Botswana Insurance Company Limited and Wildcard Enterprises (Pty) Limited t/a Mosele Legal Services will come to an end.
This means that with effect from that date Mosele Legal Services will not be allowed to act as an agent of or to transact any business underwritten by or on behalf of the Botswana Insurance Company. Botswana Insurance Company Limited wishes to reassure all policyholders that all valid claims under any paid-up policy underwritten by Botswana Insurance Company Limited will continue to be honoured, |
