BIC recently hosted an Agent Forum at BIC House in Gaborone. The main aim of the conference was to update BIC's agents from all over the country on BIC's wide range of insurance products so that agents can fulfil their mandate of providing insurance buyers with sound advice.
In addition, the forum was designed to allow agents to provide feedback to BIC on what can be done to make the process of buying insurance and making claims easier for the insuring public. BIC's agents are independent legal entities licensed to act of behalf of BIC by NBFIRA. Agents are paid a commission by BIC for each insurance policy written through them. |
