BIC’s Claims Department recently hosted a Broker Forum. The aim of the forum was to update brokers on the new claims process, receive feedback from brokers on the new process and to enhance the current relationship between BIC’s Claims Department and brokers. Items that were discussed were to make brokers aware of the necessary requirements for lodging a claim as well as to open communication lines between brokers and BIC.
