Executive Business Partner to the Group CEO

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Management: Assist the CEO in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Project Management: Lead and manage key projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Data Analytics: Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support decisionmaking processes. Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Communication: Facilitate effective communication between the CEO and other executives, departments, and external partners.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field.
• Project Management certification or demonstrable experience in managing strategic projects.
• An MBA or relevant Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, high growth environment.
• Proven experience in supporting or driving strategic planning, project delivery, and business operations.

• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Expertise in data analytics and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
